Key responsibilities:

Complex diary management to C-Suite executives, including acting as the first point of contact and fielding all enquiries

Coordinating with board members and supporting them where necessary

Managing projects and following up with team members

Liaising with other staff members on behalf of senior management

Organising events

Solving simple IT issues

Preparing and delivering monthly reports

Email management - responding in a timely manner, actioning or passing on to a relevant team member in a timely fashion

Establishing relationships with suppliers and using negotiation skills to ensure contracts are competitive

Skills required:

At least three years' experience in a similar Executive Assistant role
