Our client, a leading manufacturer with global brands and life-changing innovation is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support their Board and Senior Leadership Team through a period of exciting transformation and substantial growth. Working within a dynamic and rapidly growing company you will work directly with the Senior Leadership team providing full support to maximise their effectiveness, streamline operations and help drive company growth. As an EA, you’ll join a close-knit, high-performing team where you’ll have the autonomy to make things happen, work cross-functionally and contribute meaningfully to strategic progress and business growth.


Location: Hampshire- 4 days in the office
Salary:  £40,000 to £55,000 per annum.
Contract: Permanent

As Executive Assistant, you’ll be at the centre of this journey, helping to drive clarity, alignment and execution across the organisation.


Executive Support:

  • Provide direct support to the Board members (primarily CEO) and SLT - managing calendars, communications, and international travel logistics.
  • Coordinate agendas, take minutes and track follow-up actions from Board and SLT meetings.
  • Prepare and format high-quality reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives across departments such as sales, marketing, operations and HR.

Board & Governance:

  • Manage Board meeting logistics and communications.
  • Track and report on Board actions to ensure timely execution via SmartSheet.
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all Board documentation and interactions.

Office & Facilities Coordination:

  • Oversee coordination of the office move/setup - including layout planning, supplier liaison and internal communications.
  • Manage reception duties when needed, providing a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Maintain oversight of office supplies, service providers and facility needs.

People & Culture:

  • Support HR with onboarding, internal communications, and values-led campaigns.
  • Handle confidential personnel and business information discreetly.
  • Coordinate internal newsletters, culture activities and cross-department communication.

Event & Travel Coordination:

  • Arrange international and domestic travel for SLT, BD, and project teams.
  • Support preparation and logistics for internal and external events, including trade shows and offsites.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a career Executive Assistant working within a blue chip company and at C Suite MD level.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, etc.) and ability to pick up new ones easily.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven 3 years + experience as an Executive Assistant within a regulated sector or C Suite level

Skills:

  • 3+ years in executive support or business operations roles.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership and tracking Board-level actions.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills - confident, clear, and professional.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SmartSheet (or equivalent), and possibly CRM systems.
  • Experience supporting or managing office moves is a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
