An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CDO of a dynamic, fast-paced business. This role is ideal for an experienced EA who thrives on driving accountability, tracking OKRs, and working with data to support strategic decision-making.

Executive Assistant – Remote (occasional travel to Bristol)

Salary - £40,000 - £42,000 per annum 

As a key member of the leadership support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring key objectives are met, following up on actions from meetings, and keeping senior executives focused on their priorities. This position offers scope for progression and is perfect for someone who enjoys being in the detail, managing data, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • OKR & Action Tracking – Maintain oversight of company objectives, ensuring progress is monitored and reported. Proactively follow up on outstanding actions from leadership meetings.
  • Meeting Support & Minute-Taking – Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and track follow-ups to ensure completion.
  • Data & Reporting – Work closely with leadership to analyse business data and create PowerPoint presentations that support strategic initiatives.
  • Diary & Meeting Management – Manage complex schedules for the CEO and CDO, ensuring meetings are efficiently coordinated.
  • Project Coordination – Assist with strategic initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and key stakeholders remain informed.
  • Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships across the business, understanding executive priorities and ensuring alignment.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and manage business data.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel capabilities (including advanced Excel functions).
  • A natural problem solver who can drive accountability and keep leadership teams on track.
  • Strong minute-taking and follow-up skills, ensuring key actions from meetings are completed.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing priorities.
  • Self-starter comfortable working remotely, with the ability to travel occasionally to Bristol for in-person meetings.
