Office Assistant
Location: Victoria, London (Fully Office Based)
Salary: £28,000–£32,000 per annum (DOE) plus benefits and discretionary bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Assistant to join the London office of an international trading business, based in Victoria. Working closely with the Office Manager and other members of the support team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of their superb offices.
This is a fully office-based position, offering the chance to work in a dynamic, high-energy environment with a sociable and welcoming team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors (not based on a reception desk, but seated within the team).
- Assisting the Office Manager with the upkeep and smooth operation of the office.
- Providing cover for team members, including the Business EA, Private PA, and other office-based support staff when required.
- Handling multiple requests in a fast-paced environment and prioritising tasks effectively.
- Supporting a high-performing, busy team within a high-octane office environment.

- Energised, hands-on, and ambassadorial, with a positive and approachable demeanour.
- Comfortable juggling multiple requests and managing competing priorities.
- A strong team player, willing to support and collaborate with colleagues across the business.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Experienced in providing office or administrative support in a professional environment (preferred but not essential).
