Admin Assistant – Start-Up Property Company
Location: Altrincham
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum DOE
We are delighted to be recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join a growing start-up property company based in Altrincham on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Organise company events and meetings, including arranging catering, venues, and equipment.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the team, including filing, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
Person Specification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems and processes.
