Admin Assistant – Start-Up Property Company – Altrincham (Permanent)
Our client, a dynamic and growing start-up property company based in Altrincham, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support a small but expanding team and grow your role over time within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Organise company events and meetings, coordinating catering, venue, and equipment as required.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems accurately.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks, such as filing, printing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Person Specification
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience supporting a team.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
