Our client, a global residential property developer is seeking an experienced and highly organised Sales Progressor / Administrator to join our residential property team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Based in Alderley Edge, with some flexibility across Manchester, this role will support the smooth progression of residential property sales from offer through to completion.
You will act as a key point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, surveyors, and agents to ensure transactions progress efficiently and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the UK residential sales process and be able to manage multiple transactions at various stages.
Location: Alderley Edge- 5 days in the office
Salary: £30,000 per annum pro rata
Contract: 6 month FTC

As Sales Progressor, you’ll be involved in the completion of all sales over 2 very exciting projects.
Administrative Support:
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors and other stakeholders to progress sales efficiently
- Track and manage property sales from offer acceptance through to exchange and completion
- Proactively manage a pipeline of property transactions and ensure key milestones are met
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on transaction progress
- Chase outstanding documentation and resolve issues or delays where possible
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on internal CRM systems
- Prepare sales memos, contracts and progress reports as required
- Support the wider administration team with ad-hoc tasks during busy period
- Booking in valuations with surveyors
- Preparing sales comparable
- Manning the phones and fielding all calls
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential property sales progression or conveyancing support is preferred
- Strong understanding of the UK property sales process and associated documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with a customer service focus
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently.

- Proven 3 years + experience as an Administrator/PA within the Real Estate sector
