Part-Time Senior Administrator | Warrington | Up to £35,000 (FTE) | Permanent | Hybrid
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Senior Administrator to join a reputable global organisation based in Warrington. This is a permanent role that would suit someone with previous high-level admin experience who is looking to work within a supportive and welcoming environment.
This is a hybrid role, and hours will be 10am-2pm Monday-Friday (some flexibility available if needed).
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments for both the CEO and COO.
- Booking accommodation and travel arrangements.
- Assisting with organising events and conferences.
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Meeting and greeting guests and clients on arrival.
- Setting up meeting rooms for events and conferences.
- Overseeing reception on an ad hoc basis, covering for sickness, holidays, and lunch breaks.
- Providing general administrative support to the team.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally at a senior level.
- Diary management experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Multitasking and time-management skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (FTE), based on a 20-hour week.
- Hybrid working: 10am-2pm Monday-Friday with some flexibility.
