A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Rent Review Administrator to join a leading FTSE 250 organisation based in Altrincham. This role is integral to the Rent Review and Portfolio Team, ensuring efficient administration and supporting the smooth running of the company’s property estate.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a skilled administrator with strong organisational and communication skills to thrive in a hybrid working environment within a reputable and people-focused company that values its staff and promotes career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Delivering accurate and timely support to the Rent Review Team and assisting the wider Portfolio Team as needed.
  • Tenant Liaison: Acting as the point of contact for tenants, handling general rent review queries, and ensuring timely submission of required forms and documents.
  • Database Management: Keeping the rent review database and trackers updated, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies in collaboration with the Business Analyst Team.
  • Financial Coordination: Assisting with back rent invoices, liaising with the Finance Team to resolve invoice queries, and supporting the recovery of outstanding payments.
  • Document Management: Preparing and maintaining key documents, including strategy reports, contracts, leases, and meeting minutes.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organising inspections, booking meeting rooms, preparing meeting agendas, and supporting key meetings for Rent Review Managers and other teams.
  • Reception Cover: Providing reception cover as required to ensure a seamless client and colleague experience.
  • Inter-Departmental Support: Working closely with other departments, including IT, Finance, and Compliance, to ensure processes are efficient and integrated.

Person Specification

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within property management or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Proactive and capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with property management systems (desirable but not essential).
