Sales and Marketing Administrator
Location: Ancoats, Manchester City Centre
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join a friendly and innovative organisation with a great culture. This is a full-time, office-based role in Ancoats, Manchester City Centre, offering the chance to be part of a supportive business that encourages personal and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Representing the business with a positive and professional attitude.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all sales enquiries, ensuring they are actioned efficiently.
- Maintaining and mastering HubSpot CRM, working closely with the Business Development team to keep it updated.
- Providing bid support, including collating information and ensuring timely completion and submission via email or portal.
- Reviewing and updating marketing collateral by liaising with designers and external consultants.
- Managing client communications during pre- and post-contract stages.
- Overseeing the pipeline of projects and variations in Fresh software for the Partnership Director, ensuring updates are provided by the Business Development team.
- Organising and attending hospitality events, including coordinating design graphics, travel, and hotel bookings.
- Managing social media and email marketing campaigns.
- Sharing successes and updates with colleagues to maintain strong internal communication.
- Attending and documenting meetings as required by the Partnership Director.
- Supporting with ad hoc duties as needed.
Person Specification:
- Experience using CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
- IT literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ideally, 2+ years of experience in a Sales or Business Development environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and a team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-standing relationships.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and work independently.
- Discreet and able to handle confidential information professionally.
