Resident Liaison Administrator
Location: Manchester (Part-Time, Fixed Term Contract)
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (full-time equivalent), pro-rata for 20 hours per week
A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Resident Liaison Administrator to join a leading property organisation on a part-time basis to cover a fixed term contract until Christmas. This role is office-based and will involve working 20 hours per week, spread over five days (Monday to Friday) from 9:30am to 1:30pm.
The successful candidate will work closely with one Manager and two Directors within the business and may occasionally need to undertake local travel within Manchester.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the development inbox for customer emails and escalating urgent issues that require immediate attention.
- Acting as a point of contact for customer service and defects queries via phone, ensuring accurate notes of calls and conversations are recorded in the CRM system.
- Following instructions from the Manager to issue customer correspondence, including access requests, confirmations, and completion notices via email.
- Conducting occasional mail merges to customers and assisting in hand-delivering letters when required.
- Ensuring all incoming and outgoing emails are attached to the customer's timeline in the CRM system.
- Attaching and managing dilapidation reports and historical data in the CRM system to maintain accurate customer records.
- Arranging hotel or serviced apartment stays for customers, sometimes at short notice, and liaising with colleagues and the finance team.

- Independent worker with strong initiative and self-motivation.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise workload.
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Teams.
- Good proofreading skills with a meticulous approach to detail.
