Administrator - Swinton | Salary: Up to £26,000

My client, based in Swinton, is experiencing an exciting growth period and is looking for an Administrator to join their busy Administration Team on a permanent basis.

You will be working as part of a down-to-earth and friendly team. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) opportunity, and the position will be fully office-based.

This role is ideal for someone with previous office administration experience.

Duties will include:

• Managing and responding to correspondence received externally and internally, including phone calls and emails.
• Assisting with weekly and monthly tasks to meet deadlines for their contracted business portfolio.
• Assisting with monthly reports to ensure deadlines for their contracted business portfolio are met.
• Closing off both weeks and month-end processes to meet external and internal deadlines, including contacting contractors to chase up any missing information to ensure KPIs are met at all times.
• Performing other administrative tasks as required, including assisting the Data Inputting Team.

Person Specification:

• Experience working within a deadline-driven administration role is required.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Capability to work both within a team and independently.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience and confidence in both written and telephone communication.
• Proven experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Receptionist, or another relevant position.

Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum (DOE) plus benefits.
