This role supports the Head of Resourcing and Talent Resourcing Partners in enhancing attraction, recruitment, and selection processes, contributing to the mission of ensuring every child receives an excellent education in every classroom, every day.
Associate Talent Resourcing Partner – West London
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000
Hours: 37 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment administration, including advertising, interviews, and talent pool management.
- Coordinate the entire interview process, preparing detailed interview packs and managing logistics.
- Develop proactive recruitment strategies and build talent pipelines.
- Ensure branding consistency across job advertisements on internal and external platforms.
- Collaborate with advertising partners, addressing issues and ensuring effective communication.
- Promote internal mobility by ensuring opportunities are widely shared.
- Contribute to process improvements and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain and update ATS systems, tracking candidates and reporting key metrics.
- Create training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
- Attend professional networking events and university careers fairs as required.
- Manage recruitment budgets, raise purchase orders, and track advertising expenses.
Skills and Experience Required:
Essential:
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4 or equivalent).
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment administration.
- Strong organisation, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with ATS systems and Google Workspace.
- Experience using social media platforms such as LinkedIn for recruitment.
