Business Manager – Compliance & Regulatory Projects – London (6-Month Contract)
Our client, a leading organisation in the compliance and regulatory sector, is seeking a proactive and organised Business Manager to provide full operational support on critical regulatory projects. This is a full-time, 6-month contract with the potential for extension, ideally suited for someone who can start at short notice.
This role requires an individual with experience in strategic project management, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage high-pressure deadlines with confidence and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive assistance with diary management for regulatory engagements.
- Collate key information to produce reports and coordinate activities around reporting deadlines.
- Manage document tracking, ensuring accurate sharing with third parties and detailed version control.
- File and organise evidence into appropriate folders for easy access and compliance.
- Create and maintain action logs to ensure clear tracking of project progress.
- Assist with chasing and gathering required documents from relevant stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the London Insurance market or compliance-focused environments.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
Details and Benefits

- Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum (pro rata, DOE).
