About the Role:
This extraordinary Chief of Staff position offers the opportunity to work alongside a visionary CEO, implementing strategic ideas, driving key initiatives, and supporting decision-making processes. As the Chief of Staff, you will act as a trusted partner, coordinating board meetings, enhancing team performance, and safeguarding the company’s financial and legal integrity.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the CEO to implement visionary ideas, support decision-making, and execute strategic initiatives.
- Team Excellence: Build and maintain a high-performing team, oversee OKRs, and coordinate all-hands meetings, feedback, and surveys.
- Board Coordination: Orchestrate board meetings, including agenda preparation, presentations, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Financial Strategy: Partner with the finance team to develop and execute strategic financial plans.
- Legal Compliance: Review commercial contracts and legal documentation to protect company interests.
- Project Management: Lead key projects from start to finish, optimising processes for maximum efficiency.
- Performance Evaluation: Analyse company performance and recommend improvement strategies.
- ISO27001 Certification: Oversee and manage the company’s ISO27001 certification with precision.

Location and Working Pattern:
Based in Warrington, this is a hybrid role with one day per week working from home. Additional remote working flexibility may be offered in the future.
