Chief of Staff
Location: London
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
In this highly visible role, you’ll be the CEO’s right hand, managing critical relationships, supporting corporate growth, and enabling operational excellence.
You’ll need to be confident working with senior stakeholders, thrive under pressure, and demonstrate sound commercial judgment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Strategic Relationship Management
- Lead and nurture key partnerships across corporate, government, and industry sectors.
- Act as a key liaison with institutional stakeholders, ensuring sustained engagement and strategic alignment.
- Prepare executive briefings and insights to support CEO-level meetings.
Business Growth & Market Development
- Explore new business opportunities and evaluate strategic partnerships.
- Conduct research and build business cases for expansion and innovation.
- Support commercial discussions and contribute to key negotiations.
Executive Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the central point of contact for board members, investors, and senior partners.
- Prepare board reports, executive summaries, and investment updates.
- Align stakeholder expectations with organisational strategy and CEO priorities.
CEO Engagements & Thought Leadership
- Manage public appearances and media interactions for the CEO.
- Draft keynote speeches, opinion pieces, and event presentations.
- Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms.
Operational and Calendar Management
- Oversee the CEO’s complex schedule and high-level engagements.
- Coordinate agendas, meetings, travel, and sensitive initiatives.
- Operate with absolute discretion, handling confidential matters with professionalism.
