An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Recruitment to join a forward-thinking organisation during a period of growth and transformation. As part of their strategic expansion, my client is creating a brand-new role for a dynamic and visionary Director of Recruitment. This position offers significant autonomy, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to shape and lead the recruitment function during this pivotal period. You will be based out of Dubai, close to the World Trade Centre metro stop.
As the Director of Recruitment, you will be a key player in driving the global talent acquisition strategy. You will have the unique opportunity to build and shape the recruitment function, working closely with senior leadership to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruitment professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams.
Duties Include:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global recruitment strategy aligned with the organisation's growth and transformation objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand workforce planning needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
Build and Shape the Recruitment Function:
- Establish and lead a high-performing global recruitment team.
- Design and implement recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and maintain strong employer branding to attract top talent.
Global Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with regional and departmental leaders to understand and address diverse hiring needs.
- Develop and execute recruitment campaigns tailored to specific regions and business units.
- Utilise data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
Candidate Experience and Employer Branding:
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to enhance and promote the organisation's employer brand.
Technology and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in recruitment.
- Implement innovative tools and solutions to streamline and enhance the recruitment process.
Person Specification:
- Progressive experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in leading recruitment teams.
- Experience in a global organisation with an understanding of diverse talent markets preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organisational levels.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and other recruitment technologies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong employer brands to attract top talent.
Salary:
Competitive salary of up to 500,000 AED per annum (DOE) plus benefits.
