Executive Assistant – Leading Organisation
Location: Bolton, UK
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
Contract: Permanent, 2 days in office, 3 days remote
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Executive Team (2-3 executives) of a leading organisation based in Bolton. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, confidentiality, and adaptability, as well as the ability to support senior executives within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Draft and edit confidential correspondence and reports.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items. Coordinate logistics for meetings and events as required.
- Administrative Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Conduct research, compile data, and support the team with special projects.
- Communication and Liaison: Communicate professionally with stakeholders, including board members and senior management. Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies and equipment, providing additional administrative support as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior executives.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
