Our client, a prestigious consultancy based in Bristol, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to support their senior leadership team. Role Overview:
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the co-founders, collaborating with the wider team, and liaising with external consultants. Based in Bristol with flexible working options, this role requires 4-8 days on-site each month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage the co-founders’ complex schedules, oversee email communications, organise expenses, and serve as a trusted point of contact.
- Project and Resource Coordination: Oversee project resources, maintain schedules, and collaborate with the Head of Operations to streamline processes.
- Client and New Business Support: Handle client enquiries, assist with proposals, and prepare project estimates.
- Finance and Operations: Coordinate client onboarding, draft service agreements, and manage monthly expense tracking with Network Associates.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years’ experience in an EA/PA role supporting senior leaders, ideally within a consultancy or professional services environment.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities and a proactive, professional approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Outlook, and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
- A high level of confidentiality and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment.
