Executive Assistant to CEO and C-Suite Executives
Location: Cambridge (Hybrid)
A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and two C-Suite Executives of a highly successful and established Tech business. With headquarters in Cambridge and investors based in London, this organisation has seen exponential growth and is now seeking a talented Executive Assistant to join their leadership team.
This newly created role is perfect for a driven, proactive, and solutions-focused EA who is ready to make a meaningful impact. Acting as a true extension of the executives you support, you’ll play a key role in facilitating their day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive and extensive diary management for the CEO, CFO, and CRO.
- Coordinating and arranging internal and external meetings.
- Managing travel arrangements and preparing detailed itineraries.
- Preparing monthly Board packs and organising Board meetings.
- Taking minutes during Board meetings and following up on actions.
- Planning and managing events.
- Preparing and reviewing presentation materials.
- Assisting with project management tasks.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a high-level Executive Assistant, ideally within the Tech or Private Equity sectors.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills.
- Ambassadorial and approachable, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Discreet and experienced in handling confidential information.
- Eager to learn about the business and take on additional responsibilities.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills are essential.
