About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant to senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth communication across the business. With responsibilities ranging from calendar management to preparing board meeting agendas and taking precise minutes, this is a high-impact position suited for an EA with advanced organisational skills and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary and Schedule Management: Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and appointments for senior executives.
- Minute Taking: Attend high-level meetings, accurately recording minutes and following up on actions.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, collate documentation, and ensure meeting rooms are set up.
- Travel Coordination: Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Project Support: Assist with key projects, working closely with various departments to support company initiatives.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and other correspondence as required.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to the leadership team, handling confidential matters with discretion.
Person Specification:
- Experience: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in the communications industry.
- Minute-Taking Expertise: Strong ability to accurately record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Professionalism and Discretion: Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
