Executive Assistant to Managing Director

The Role:
This brand-new position will see you act as the right-hand to the Managing Director, providing crucial support to streamline daily operations. You’ll manage stakeholder relationships, handle key administrative functions, and play an essential role in driving business success. With significant potential for growth, this role is ideal for an EA who is ready to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary and Inbox Management: Coordinate the MD’s diary and inbox, ensuring efficient time management and handling essential correspondence.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for key clients, sponsors, and partners, representing the MD in all communications.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and produce operational spreadsheets to support business decisions.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise and attend meetings, briefing the MD and taking minutes as required.
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating business projects, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met.
- Team Support: Act as a key contact for the wider team, managing enquiries and ensuring smooth communication.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proactive, highly organised, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Discreet and professional, with a high level of confidentiality.
Based near Wetherby, Leeds, this role requires 2-3 days in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely. A driving licence is essential due to the location. There is also the opportunity to attend festivals, particularly during the summer season, providing valuable insight into the industry.
