Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Gaydon
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract Type: 13-Month Fixed-Term Contract
I am currently seeking a professional and proactive Executive Assistant to join a well-known luxury brand based in Gaydon. This role offers the chance to provide executive-level support to two key executives and their teams, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
Candidates must be immediately available or on short notice to be considered. This would suit someone accustomed to supporting at the C-suite level in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The role will be predominantly office-based, with the ability to work from home when the C-suite executives are not in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Executives to understand key objectives and confidential, strategic priorities at the corporate level.
- Provide direct assistance to the Executives in support of their executive duties, exercising judgment and making decisions under delegated authority as agreed.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, minutes, reports, and presentations relating to the day-to-day responsibilities of the Executives and their teams.
- Assist with the preparation of all documents requiring the attention of the Executives.
- Proactively manage the Executive diaries, setting up meetings, maintaining contact databases, and arranging complex UK and international travel, including flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and itineraries.
- Provide backup material to direct reports and employees, maintaining confidentiality around sensitive matters.
- Proactively communicate the requirements of the Executives to other areas of the business.
- Meet and greet visitors, creating an excellent first impression as the face of the business.
- Work closely with other Executive Assistants/PAs in dealing with corporate support matters, covering during periods of annual leave and sickness.
- Identify and implement improvements to work practices and standards to ensure tasks are carried out by the most effective methods.
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting Directors at Board level is essential.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and time/diary management.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments and remain calm under pressure.
- Must demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
