Travelling PA
Location: Primarily London with Global Travel
Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 (Depending on Experience)
We are actively seeking an extraordinary and accomplished Travelling PA to provide exceptional support to a dynamic Global Executive. This role will primarily be based in London but will involve global travel for around 4 months per year. When not accompanying the Principal, it is crucial to be a self-starter with the ability to proactively work remotely.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Principal’s business and personal life (70% personal, 30% business), with the ability to prioritise on their behalf. You will be part of a household team, including an Executive Assistant in the Bahamas, a housekeeper, a chef, and a property manager. You'll be comfortable working in the residence in London, as well as travelling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Willingness to travel up to 4 months per year (accommodation will be provided).
- Expertly manage complex diaries, global travel arrangements (including private jet logistics), and accommodations.
- Attend and manage international meetings, both in-person and via video, with meticulous minute-taking and follow-up coordination.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with high-profile individuals, including international clients, financiers, CEOs, government officials, and industry leaders.
- Organise extensive entertainment and events for the Principal in London and Europe.
- Gatekeeping and managing priorities effectively.
- Conduct thorough research to support decision-making processes.
- Compose draft correspondence pre and post meetings.
- Assist in editing, compiling, and organising weekly newsletters.
- Coordinate multiple projects, demonstrating quick problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Person Specification:
- Accuracy and diligence while being well-organised.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage expectations.
- Articulate communicator with the Founder, global staff, and external parties (both in written form and verbally).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Work history that demonstrates a strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in when needed.
- Proven experience in dictation and fast/accurate typing skills (80 – 100 WPM).
- Driving license required.
