Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Gloucester (3-4 days in-office, with flexible remote working options)

We are recruiting for a highly organised Executive Assistant to support a dynamic Managing Director within a fast-growing business based in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role with significant responsibility and opportunities for growth within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary and Inbox Management: Efficiently manage the MD's calendar and emails, prioritising and organising time effectively.
- Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact, providing professional responses on behalf of the MD.
- Communications and PR Support: Assist with drafting emails, preparing presentations, and coordinating marketing activities.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and attend meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Business Reporting: Compile and manage business reports, providing insights that support strategic decisions.
- Travel Arrangements: Organise domestic and international travel, including visas, accommodation, and transport.
- Personal Assistance: Oversee property management, liaise with contractors, and handle personal insurance matters.
- Internal Projects: Support projects, process improvements, and event coordination, including conferences and client events.
Skills and Attributes:
- Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in building relationships at all levels.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
- Confidence in supporting communications, marketing, and PR activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Flexible, adaptable, and eager to support a wide range of business activities.
Location & Working Hours:
This role is based in Gloucester, with a requirement to be in the office 3-4 days per week. Flexibility for remote working is available when needed.
