Our client is a fast-growing and evolving organisation with ambitious plans for expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business undergoing significant growth and transformation, offering the chance to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO on a 1:1 basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the CEO’s day-to-day operations and offers the opportunity to grow and develop as the business evolves.

Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Knutsford (Full-Time)

Full-time office-based (5 days per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary management, coordinating meetings, appointments, and key engagements.
  • Planning and organising company-wide town hall meetings and events.
  • Producing high-quality presentations and decks for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Booking complex travel arrangements, including international and domestic travel, hotels, and transfers.
  • Managing the CEO’s inbox, prioritising and responding to correspondence as needed.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and business documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Taking minutes during meetings and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked.
  • Organising internal and external events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Running personal errands and handling basic administrative tasks.
  • Supporting with ad-hoc projects, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail.
  • Acting as a key liaison across the business, maintaining strong internal and external relationships.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently.
  • A full driving licence would be advantageous due to the office location.
