A unique opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and driven candidate to join a rapidly expanding start-up in the chemical distributor space. Our client is seeking a talented and self-motivated individual to join their forward-thinking, hard-working team as an Executive Personal Assistant. This pivotal role will support the business and its operations while offering a chance to grow alongside the company.

This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role based in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact and Executive Assistant to the Company Director.
  • Providing comprehensive support, managing professional and personal duties, such as booking appointments, assisting with personal projects, and errands.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and reminding the Director and Managers of critical deadlines.
  • Coordinating logistics, including booking travel, tickets, hotels, and creating itineraries.
  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Enhancing office welfare by organising events and socials.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks, including marketing, HR, and onboarding.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues via phone, email, and other platforms.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a Personal Assistant role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, open-minded, and eager to learn.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Tech-savvy, highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other software such as CRMs, ERPs, and Xero.
  • Capable of working independently under remote management.

The salary for this role is up to £35,000, depending on experience.
