Executive Assistant – Sports Entrepreneur
Location: Hybrid, with travel between Liverpool and Munich as required
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + 25 days holiday, bonus, and competitive pension
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to support a busy sports entrepreneur on a permanent basis. This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires a proactive, highly organised, and resourceful professional.
Working closely with the Principal, this role involves extensive diary and inbox management, travel coordination, stakeholder liaison, and supporting both personal and business activities. Travel between Liverpool and Munich offices will be required when necessary, along with flexibility for occasional out-of-hours support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Organise and coordinate the Principal’s busy schedule.
- Inbox Management: Handle emails, take messages, and respond on behalf of the Principal.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the first point of contact, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Meeting Organisation: Book appointments, prepare meeting materials, and ensure smooth arrangements.
- Contract Management: Review and amend contracts as required.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and arrange travel, including accommodation, visas, and transfers.
- Event Planning: Organise and oversee personal and business events.
- Administrative Support: Process invoices, manage expenses, and ensure documentation is accurate.
- Task Management: Monitor tasks, follow up on deadlines, and chase stakeholders when necessary.
- General Organisation: Implement and maintain processes, manage errands, and oversee office tasks.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant role or transferable position.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A can-do attitude, with the ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks.
- Calm, collected, and reliable, even under pressure.
- Flexibility to provide out-of-hours support when required.
- Discreet, with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
- Dynamic, energetic, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
