Our client is a leading firm in the financial services industry, known for its dynamic and fast-paced environment. They are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a Senior Partner with a demanding international travel schedule and shifting priorities. This temporary role offers the potential to transition to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support to the Senior Partner, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Handle complex international travel arrangements, including visa applications, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Act as a gatekeeper, managing communications and prioritising requests to ensure efficient use of the Senior Partner's time.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication.
- Support special projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant in the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to support senior executives with international travel and complex schedules.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
