Position: Executive Assistant to CEO/Founder (Full-Time, Permanent)
Location: London (Hybrid Working: 2-3 Days in Office)

A fabulous opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Founder, the Board, and an additional Executive Team Member of a prestigious global communications business. This high-profile role includes managing diaries and schedules, travel arrangements, preparing agendas and presentations, and providing board support.

In addition to core EA duties, you will have line management responsibilities for two Senior Executive Assistants, playing a key role in their development through mentoring, feedback, and support. The role offers exciting involvement in internal initiatives and projects as the business continues to grow globally. You will work flexibly and proactively, building strong relationships with the wider EA team and global colleagues.

This is a hybrid working role, with the expectation of working 2-3 days per week in the office, particularly when the CEO is travelling to the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential executive support with flawless attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are carried out with organisation and process-driven precision.
  • Manage the CEO's diary, coordinate movements, and arrange all meetings and travel itineraries.
  • Board Support: Prepare agendas and papers, minute all board meetings, and circulate weekly updates to the board.
  • Proactively plan for all CEO activities and assist with business planning.
  • Handle other private and confidential matters as needed.
  • Maintain a structured filing system to support business governance and ongoing activities.
  • Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for the CEO.
  • Provide project support on various initiatives as required.
  • Organise company-wide events, collaborating with different departments to ensure consistency across global offices.
  • Oversee the line management of two Senior Executive Assistants, providing guidance, support, and feedback.

Person Specification:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, preferably within a global business.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to work with discretion and handle confidential information.
  • Initiative, resourcefulness, and a strong team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team.

Salary and Benefits:

  • £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience).
