Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Location: Flexible (Remote with UK Travel)
A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a professional and highly experienced Executive Assistant to join a leading UK retail brand in a highly entrusted role. This is a 1:1 Executive Assistant position, ideal for a skilled professional looking for a highly organisational and ambassadorial role.
This varied and demanding position requires a flexible approach to working hours and regular monthly travel to various locations across the UK alongside the Managing Director (MD). It is a unique opportunity to deliver high-standard work, make an impact, and play an integral role in the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the MD with short- and medium-term business planning, collecting and analysing KPIs, preparing reports, and following up on key actions.
- Organising and accompanying the MD on store visits, documenting action points, and driving change.
- Conducting competitor reviews and reporting intelligence to Directors to shape customer offerings in terms of service, product, and pricing.
- Networking and organising industry events, attending as a representative of the MD.
- Preparing the MD for key reports and presentations, and drafting high-quality communications.
- Managing the MD's diary and travel arrangements.
- Organising and attending regular colleague listening groups, ensuring feedback from colleagues and customers is shared with the MD and Leadership Team in real time.
- Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholder groups, including the Board, UK Wholesale teams, suppliers, and industry bodies.

Role Details:
This is a full-time position offering flexibility on location, with regular UK-wide travel required. The salary is £45,000 - £50,000, depending on location and experience, plus excellent benefits.
