Executive Assistant – Prestigious Design Practice
Location: South West London
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum plus excellent benefits
A fabulous opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join a prestigious design practice in South West London. Supporting at Managing Partner level, this is a busy and demanding role with full responsibility for managing complex diaries and schedules, arranging meetings, producing agendas, and coordinating international travel.
This highly successful business is seeking a confident, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a creative, agile, and project-based environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and is eager to make a significant contribution to a leading organisation.
Duties
- Acting as the first point of contact and gatekeeper for the Managing Partner.
- Managing busy and changeable diaries and schedules.
- Organising meetings, producing agendas, and preparing documents and papers.
- Arranging international travel, including visas, transfers, and producing itineraries.
- Handling expenses and invoice management.
- Conducting research and managing project work as required.
Experience and Skills
- Ideally 4-5 years of previous experience in an Executive Assistant or PA role at a senior level.
- Expert organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A professional, calm, and flexible approach, capable of working in a deadline-driven environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
