Executive Assistant to Founder and Senior Leadership Team – Professional Services Consultancy (Remote/Hybrid)
Our client, an established professional services consultancy operating in the UK policy, security, and intelligence space, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Founder and senior leadership team. This is a newly created role within a growing organisation, offering the chance to work in a collaborative and impactful environment.

The role involves liaising with global political and governmental entities, handling highly sensitive communications, and contributing to key projects, including international business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the Founder and senior leadership team, ensuring their time is optimised and priorities are managed effectively.
- Organise complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics globally.
- Handle highly confidential and often complex information with discretion.
- Liaise with global political and governmental entities on behalf of the Founder and the organisation.
- Support projects such as the establishment of new businesses internationally, ensuring deadlines are met and communications are seamless.
- Draft and edit high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Attend in-person meetings on a monthly basis in central London as required.
- Proactively manage administrative tasks, including expense management and documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive Executive Assistant experience at a senior leadership or board level.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and complex information with the utmost discretion.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the confidence to make decisions and take initiative.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commercially aware and results-orientated with intellectual curiosity.
- Full SC Clearance (or willingness to undergo clearance pre-joining, facilitated by the organisation).

- Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE).
