Job Title: EA/PA Team Leader – Professional Services | Location: Central London | Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract | Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an EA/PA Team Leader (on a fixed-term contract basis) to join a professional services company in central London. This role would suit someone who has previous experience managing a large team across multiple locations.
As the EA/PA Team Leader, you will enjoy a highly responsible role, supporting the team with workflow management and personal career goals and development. In addition, you will play a crucial role in leading projects and change management, engaging with leadership teams across the firm to analyse business needs and shape future resource requirements.
The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive, cohesive, and fun team environment while ensuring the needs of the business are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Line Management: Oversee and provide line management responsibilities for the EA/PA support team across multiple locations, ensuring performance is aligned with business objectives.
- Team Meetings: Organise and lead regular team meetings to promote open communication and collaboration.
- Workflow Management: Manage workflow effectively, arranging suitable cover for annual and sick leave to maintain seamless operations.
- Policy Promotion: Promote company values and best practices, ensuring that company policies are followed consistently.
- Training and Development: Identify gaps in training, suggest relevant courses, and support individual team members with their career development plans.
- Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process to attract top talent to the team.
- Team Culture: Foster a positive, cohesive, and supportive team working culture, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous line management experience, ideally gained within professional services.
- Solutions-focused with sound judgement skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Confident, approachable, and empathetic, with a keen ability to build relationships across the business.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
