Executive PA to ESG Co-Head (Permanent) – Global Law Firm | Salary: £53,000 - £58,000
A fabulous opportunity has arisen for an experienced, ambassadorial Executive PA to support the ESG Co-Head and other senior Executives of a global law firm. This is a highly ambassadorial role that requires adaptability and an outstanding client service mindset. You’ll be responsible for organising global meetings and events, acting as a liaison point for clients and colleagues, compiling reports, creating presentations, and being a champion for process change.
The company culture is professional and collaborative, with a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two working from home.
Responsibilities include:
- Regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss actions, priorities, expectations, and future planning.
- Comprehensive and proactive diary and travel management, anticipating future demands and actions required, using knowledge and initiative to resolve conflicts.
- Coordinating, organising, and planning global meetings and events.
- Managing workflow, delegating, and owning transactional activity to a successful conclusion.
- Acting as a liaison point for clients and colleagues.
- Project management and compiling reports.
- Assisting with client queries during stakeholder absences, mailbox management, and actioning as necessary.
- Drafting replies to incoming internal and external correspondence.
- Preparing and submitting expenses.
Skills and experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of previous experience working in a comparable role, ideally within the professional services sector.
- Experience/knowledge of ESG.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to handle and prioritise tasks for multiple stakeholders based on business criticality and time-sensitivity.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines, responding quickly while managing expectations of clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure while adapting to changing needs and priorities.
- Demonstrated initiative and ownership of tasks.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with external clients and internal stakeholders across all levels.
This role offers a salary of £53,000 - £58,000 per annum (DOE), plus a discretionary bonus and excellent benefits.
