Executive Assistant to Executive Leadership Team – Global Sporting Business | Salary: £49,000

Executive Assistant required to support a senior member of the Executive Leadership team of this global, high-profile sporting business.

The ideal candidate must be a confident gatekeeper who is professional, diligent, flexible, and dedicated in their approach to work. This role requires strong diary coordination, email management, and effective day-to-day task management, including some personal tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of international travel and other logistical arrangements, including handling visa applications, passport renewals, flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant bookings.
  • Managing and rearranging constantly changing schedules, flights, and bookings while being cost-effective.
  • Coordination of visits from clients, partners, and VIP guests.
  • Full diary and in-depth inbox management in Outlook, including drafting responses, recommending actions to be taken, and filtering to appropriate people.
  • Provide extensive support to the Head of Office Operations on various projects and initiatives.
  • Work closely with other EAs/PAs, especially in the Executive Leadership team and London office.
  • Meeting and greeting key clients, setting up meeting rooms, and ensuring guest hospitality.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • General administration, including expenses management (using Concur software).
  • Preparing and understanding decks, meeting notes, and protocols to confidently prepare the CEO prior to meetings.
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
  • Event management and support.
  • Ad hoc general requests and errands (both business and personal, on and off-site).

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Trustworthy with integrity, capable of handling extremely confidential information without disclosure.
  • An avid team player, capable of project managing a team with a wide range of characters and personal preferences.
  • Excellent people skills, able to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • A professional manner and excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ideally Excel.
  • Impressive attention to detail in all areas.
  • Flexible approach in attitude to work and hours (able to adjust to various time zones when required).

Preferred Competencies and Attributes:

  • Interested in sport.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in diary, email inbox, and international travel coordination.
  • Strong project management background.
  • Wide knowledge of top hotels, restaurants, and social venues in London.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a dynamic, fast-moving, and creative business. Ideal for someone who can be flexible with their priorities and attitude to handle consistent changes with poise and who remains calm under pressure with a quick-thinking nature.

Location: Based in London with regular travel to/from their club outside of London.

This role will pay £49,000 plus excellent benefits.
