A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder of a newly created insurtech firm in London. In this role, you will collaborate to build the office, team, and establish processes and procedures. By combining classic EA duties with operations, projects, and global business exposure, this role is ideal for a high-energy, motivated individual ready to embrace and deliver.
Candidates should have previous experience in a start-up or fast-growing business, where your responsibilities have evolved and expanded over time.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Diary and Travel Management: Efficiently manage the Founder’s schedule and travel arrangements, including meetings for the wider team.
- Office Set-Up: Assist in establishing processes and procedures for the new office.
- Office Management and Operations: Support in recruitment, finance, and IT functions.
- Meeting Preparation: Create investor reports, presentations, and decks for key meetings.
- Communication Management: Proofread emails, communications, and presentations to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
- Onboarding: Lead the onboarding of new employees, ensuring all documents are current and compliant.
- Project Support: Take on various projects as required, in line with the role.
