Team Executive Assistant
Location: London, near St Paul's
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Team Executive Assistant to join a reputable accountancy firm based in stunning offices in London. This position is located near St Paul's, offering a vibrant work environment in the heart of the city.
This role would suit someone with previous professional services experience, ideally within the accountancy industry, who is looking to join a welcoming and collaborative company that values its staff.
Initially, this role will be office-based for the first few months, with hybrid working offered thereafter.
As an Executive Assistant reporting directly to the Partners and working closely with other team members, you will undertake duties such as:
- Diary Management: Anticipating and resolving any conflicts in the Partners' diaries, including sensitivity to personal arrangements.
- Travel Arrangements: Booking travel to ensure efficient use of time and minimal expenditure.
- Meeting Coordination: Arranging internal and external meetings, including Microsoft Teams calls.
- Communication Management: Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence promptly.
- Email Management: Actioning emails and managing inboxes for the Partners, including assisting with client liaison.
- Document Preparation: Drafting letters and reports from templates and formatting information for internal and external communication (memos, emails, presentations, and reports).
- Event Organisation: Organising and assisting with a range of internal and external events, liaising with the marketing manager.
- CRM Updates: Updating information on the CRM as required.
- Administrative Support: Delivering a consistently high standard of EA duties, including timesheets, expenses, post, and stationery/IT requests.
- Invoicing: Raising invoices as instructed by the team and dispatching them to clients when necessary.
- Team Support: Providing support to the Senior Executive Assistant as required.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a medium to large fast-paced corporate environment, specifically within professional services.
- Experience in an audit or financial services firm is preferred but not essential.
- Confident, personable, and a team player.
- Ability to prioritise workload and collaborate effectively with different personalities.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Accurate typing skills with a minimum speed of 60-70 wpm.
- Flexibility to work outside normal office hours when necessary.
