Executive Assistant to CEO & COO
Location: Marylebone, London
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum plus bonus
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and COO of a pioneering organisation at the forefront of renewable energy innovation, dedicated to creating a sustainable future.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure smooth operations and facilitate efficient communication within the executive team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This position will be primarily office-based at the stunning offices in Marylebone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and COO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication.
- Organise and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring information is readily accessible.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of executive meetings, including agenda setting, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Conduct research and gather information to support executive decision-making processes.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, prioritising and responding appropriately.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO and COO, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and conferences.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach and a high level of initiative.
Salary:
This role offers a salary of up to £50,000 plus bonus.
