Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: West London/Hybrid (3 days in office)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (DOE)
Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced business with a strong social purpose, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant. This role is ideally suited to candidates with prior experience in supporting C-level executives in a mid-sized organisation (circa 300 employees), especially those who thrive in an SME environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Provide administrative and executive support to the CEO, CFO, and COO, including diary management, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
- Travel & Meeting Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries and logistics, and organise meetings, conferences, and events as needed.
- Documentation Preparation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documentation for both internal and external use.
- Office Administration: Oversee supplies, manage expenses, and maintain administrative workflows to ensure smooth operations.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold high ethical standards.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level or senior management in a fast-paced setting.
- Organisational Fit: Prior experience within a mid-sized organisation (circa 300 employees).
- Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills with multitasking ability.
- Communication: Proficient written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally across all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and adaptability to new tools.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities.
