Executive Assistant (EA) to Senior Executives – South West London
Location: South West London
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE) plus excellent benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Managing Partner and Finance Partner of a prestigious business based in South West London. This role is perfect for an experienced EA who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting senior leadership.

About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day responsibilities, including diary management, international travel coordination, and high-level administrative support. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Manage complex schedules, balancing multiple priorities and making informed decisions.
  • Gatekeeping: Serve as the main internal and external contact for the Senior Executive Partner(s).
  • Travel Coordination: Organise UK and international travel, including passport and visa arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Handle calls, emails, and correspondence, drafting replies and redirecting as needed.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and manage follow-up tasks.
  • Expense and Document Management: Oversee expenses, document editing, and provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • Research and Support: Conduct research as directed and maintain strong relationships with senior management.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure office policies are followed and maintain high standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide cover and support to team members as required.

Qualities and Skills Required:

  • Diary and Travel Expertise: Proficient in managing complex schedules and travel arrangements.
  • Confidentiality: Skilled in handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Senior-Level Support: Proven ability to work effectively with top executives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Excellent command of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Organisation and Communication: Strong organisational skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact confidently with all levels of management.
  • Detail-Oriented and Methodical: High attention to detail, consistency, and commitment to high standards.
