An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder/CEO of a growing, award-winning consultancy. This is a truly unique opportunity that combines classic EA duties (business and personal) with operations, projects, and more.

About the Role:
In this ambassadorial position, you’ll support a dynamic HNWI (High Net Worth Individual) in both business and private capacities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while driving key projects and initiatives. The role is well-suited to someone with experience in a start-up or high-growth environment, who has adapted and grown with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide high-level support on both business and personal matters for the CEO/Founder.
  • Diary and Schedule Management: Organise a complex schedule and ensure efficient time management.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan detailed travel itineraries and logistics for business and personal trips.
  • Event Coordination: Organise private dinners, lunches, entertainment, and events with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, collate documents, and follow up on action items.
  • Research and Decision Support: Conduct thorough research to support the CEO’s decision-making.
  • Gift Management: Coordinate business and personal gifts.
  • Financial Management: Handle expenses, bills, payments, credit cards, and invoices.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage special projects and initiatives.
  • Flexible Support: Provide out-of-hours assistance for both business and personal matters, as needed.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of demonstrable experience supporting an HNWI in both a private and business capacity.
  • Background in a start-up or fast-growth business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in scheduling and coordination.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a positive, adaptable approach.
  • Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Discreet, maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
