A fabulous opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and dynamic Executive Assistant to support three senior Executives of an expanding, cutting-edge, global tech business. This role is ideal for a resilient Executive Assistant looking to play an integral role – as a key liaison for your Executives, you’ll build relationships with internal global teams and external stakeholders, connecting the dots to deliver high-quality work that exceeds expectations.

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who’s an expert in their craft; someone who can work under pressure, troubleshoot while remaining positive, calm, and professional. In addition to core EA tasks, you’ll work proactively to manage and coordinate events and projects, navigating challenges in planning and logistics to ensure everything is executed to the highest of standards.

This involving, demanding, and fast-paced role is perfectly suited to a career-minded Executive Assistant, hungry for a challenge.

  • Managing busy diaries and complex/changeable schedules, proactively flagging potential clashes and making necessary adjustments
  • Preparation and timely circulation of agendas, materials, and documents
  • Managing itineraries for international business travel, including booking flights, hotels, transfers, and logistics
  • Event management; researching, booking venues, planning, and managing all logistics for international teams
  • Expenses management
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, handling enquiries and relaying information
  • Project management

Skills and Experience:

  • 5 yrs + experience working directly with senior managers and their teams in a busy, high-pressure role, preferably within the Technology industry sector
  • Advanced IT skills and familiarity with Google Suite
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure while maintaining work quality and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A solutions-focused, common-sense approach with close attention to detail
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and progress on own initiative
