Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO – Global FinTech | Location: London | Salary: £28 - £35 per hour
We are urgently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Executive office of the CEO of an innovative and expanding global FinTech business on a temporary basis (while the company recruits permanently). This is a fantastic opportunity for an EA seeking a busy and challenging role, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across the organisation.
This role is an urgent temporary hire, and we are looking for candidates who are available at short notice to interview and start, with full availability to cover for a minimum of 1 month (with no holidays during this period).
This role is office-based and requires flexibility outside of your core working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbox and Calendar Management: Manage the CEO's calendar and inbox, coordinating across several time zones to ensure efficient scheduling and communication.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and relaying information promptly and professionally.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange complex global travel itineraries and logistics, ensuring all details are meticulously organised.
- Confidentiality Management: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and discussions, safeguarding the integrity of the CEO’s communications.
- Personal Support: Provide out-of-hours support to the CEO and their family on both personal and business matters, demonstrating flexibility and discretion.
- Communication Management: Act as a point of contact for the CEO, managing all communications on their behalf, including drafting responses and preparing briefing materials.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite executives.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage competing priorities.
- Impeccable integrity and confidentiality management, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to foster positive relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Salary: £28 - £35 per hour depending on experience.
