They are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support 3 Principals with a demanding international travel schedule and shifting priorities. Job Title: Temporary Executive Assistant to three senior Executives (Potential for Permanent)
Location: London (West End)
Salary: £25- £27 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Temporary with potential for permanent (immediate start)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support to the Senior Partner, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Handle complex international travel arrangements, including visa applications, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Act as a gatekeeper, managing communications and prioritising requests to ensure efficient use of the Senior Partner's time.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication.
- Support special projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant in the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to support senior executives with international travel and complex schedules.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
