Executive Assistant to Co-Founders – Property Sector
Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE)
Working Pattern: 4 days in office, 1 day from home
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and growing property company based in Oldham. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support two co-founders, playing a vital part in the company’s strategic growth and shaping the business support function.
About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the co-founders, including managing diaries, coordinating travel, and handling confidential correspondence. This is an ideal role for someone who can work proactively and flexibly, building strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary and Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage complex diaries, ensuring effective time management.
- Meeting Preparation and Attendance: Attend meetings on behalf of the co-founders, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up on actions.
- Strategic Support: Assist in clarifying and executing the company’s vision and strategy.
- Business Growth Support: Leverage your Manchester network to support business development initiatives.
- Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate special projects, ensuring objectives are met within deadlines.
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documentation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, supporting smooth business operations.
- Confidential Administration: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Person Specification:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within the property sector or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactivity and Strategic Thinking: A proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate needs and take appropriate action.
- Manchester Network: Existing connections within the Manchester business community are desirable.
- Professionalism and Discretion: High level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
