Our client, a leading investment advisory firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager to provide seamless support to their fast-paced leadership team. This role requires a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable individual who thrives in a high-pressure environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring smooth business operations, optimising productivity, and enhancing efficiency across the firm.

Location: London, Full-time Office-Based
Salary: £50,000+ per annum

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:

  • Provide high-level EA support to the Co-Founders, managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel itineraries.
  • Prepare, proofread, and refine reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Act as a key liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.

Office Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintaining an efficient and well-organised working environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Implement and oversee office policies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Team Collaboration & Culture:

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing office culture.
  • Organise team-building activities, company events, and office-wide initiatives.
  • Support onboarding for new employees and assist with HR administration where needed.
  • Ensure efficient document management and record-keeping.

Key Requirements

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an EA/Office Manager in a fast-paced financial or investment advisory environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry-specific tools.
