As the Executive Assistant to a key executive, you’ll be more than just a support professional—you’ll be integral to driving high-impact projects, managing schedules, and supporting the Product Development team’s success. Located in a vibrant Oldham office, this role is ideal for a proactive and organised EA ready to engage in everything from project coordination to event management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide essential support to the Head of Product Development, managing their inbox, diary, and travel.
- Travel Coordination: Organise travel and logistics for the Head of Product Development and three direct reports.
- Meeting Organisation: Arrange and attend meetings, take minutes, and manage follow-up actions to ensure accountability.
- Event Planning: Support planning and execution of company-wide innovation days and other high-profile events.
- Expense and Document Management: Handle expenses, prepare documents, and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Proactive and Assertive: Confident in challenging ideas and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Multi-Tasking Abilities: Skilled at managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
