Location: Oldham (4 days a week in the office)

You’ll be working in Oldham, in a vibrant office environment, four days a week, where your organisational skills and ability to stay ahead of the curve will be crucial to the success of the Product Development team.

  • Support the Head of Product Development in planning and executing innovation days, where the next breakthrough ideas are created.

  • From coordinating meetings to managing follow-up actions, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the team on track.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the Head of Product Development, managing their inbox, diary, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate travel and logistics for three direct reports.
  • Organise and attend meetings, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
  • Assist with planning and executing events, including company-wide innovation days.
  • Manage expenses, document preparation, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Skills and experience You’ll need:

  • Proactive and assertive: Comfortable challenging ideas and ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives.
  • You notice the small details and ensure nothing is overlooked.
