Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing business based in Stockport, Cheshire, is seeking a proactive and organised Executive Assistant to support two Co-Founders. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of their busy schedules and enabling them to focus on driving the business forward. The ideal candidate will be a confident driver and comfortable working on-site three days a week, with the flexibility to adapt to the needs of the role.
Job Title: Executive Assistant to Co-Founders
Location: Stockport, Cheshire
Working Pattern: Office-based 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support to the Co-Founders, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the Co-Founders, handling correspondence, filtering requests, and prioritising tasks.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist with project management tasks, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.
- Organise and attend key meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points.
- Manage expenses and budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and accurate reporting.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, building strong relationships on behalf of the Co-Founders.
- Provide ad hoc personal assistance tasks as required, such as running errands and supporting with personal administration.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable manner.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- A valid driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.
