Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Within a 40-minute commute of Tamworth
Working Hours: Full-time (8.30am – 5pm), 2 days in-office, 3 days remote
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE) + benefits

We are delighted to represent an established and dynamic organisation based near Tamworth, seeking a proactive and organised Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA who has previously supported a busy CEO within a corporate environment, managing diverse responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO by managing their schedule, communications, and travel arrangements. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a corporate setting, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Coordinate the CEO’s schedule, manage meetings and appointments, and prepare daily schedules and briefings.
- Email Management: Prioritise and handle incoming emails, draft and edit correspondence, and ensure timely responses.
- Travel Arrangements: Organise domestic and international travel, prepare travel briefs, and handle any changes or issues that arise.
- Liaison with Parent Company: Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and the parent company, coordinating communications and meetings.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items, and assist with presentations and reports.
- Event Planning: Plan and organise corporate events, conferences, and off-site meetings, handling logistics and attendee management.
- Office Administration: Maintain records, order office supplies, and coordinate with IT and other departments to support smooth office operations.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with discretion, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Person Specification:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a corporate environment, with direct experience supporting a busy CEO.
- Skills: Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality; positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands.
